The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Practitioner Diploma Program supported by HRDF and in partnership with Aramco Digital (AD) and its partners, is designed to provide training to Saudi high school graduates and provide them with sustainable jobs. The program provides participants with academic and job skills training to ensure that they have the skills necessary to be successful in their future jobs. Aramco Digital and its partners work on turbocharging the national digital ecosystem, and spearheading AI and Digital innovation globally, which will empower the program graduates to have a lasting impact in the kingdom’s economy.

The objective of this course is to equip the trainer with the knowledge and professional skills of the electro-mechanical essentials such as, working on repair computer-driven equipment, calibrate new machines, and manufacturing robotic devices.

Providing the trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills in providing maintenance services and technical support in the field of information technology to solve problems facing customers and employees and how to provide services quickly and efficiently.

Provide the trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage customer services, apply customer service standards, how to deal with different types of customers, and how to provide services faster, better and with high quality

Deliver the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the necessary technical support to develop the institutional performance and to apply the best technical solutions and technical support in all areas and activities of the entity in cooperation with those concerned internally and externally to maximize the entity’s operational efficiency and solve all technical problems of operation and technical support.
